Figures released in 2015 by the CIPD show that sickness absence levels are rising in the UK, most particularly in relation to psychological issues.  The cost to industry is significant, and employers are now turning to MOH to implement an OH service to support their employees and cover off the employer's lawful responsibility to the workforce.  The psychological assessment protocols developed by us working with leading Psychologists and Neuropsychologists are industry-leading, OH facing, getting to the real issues and helping to inform a return to work programme.  A healthy workforce is a productive workforce, and the role of MOH is to discreetly and cost effectively add value to the health and wellbeing of a workforce.
