9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Your role will be to assist our Occupational Health Physicians, Clinicians and Nurses in the delivery of our service. You will provide administrative assistance to include obtaining completed clinic schedules from clients, sending confidential medical notes to nurses, booking accommodation when required, and processing returned paperwork.
We are looking for somebody with the following attributes.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
Competent in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
Excellent personal communication skills and friendly telephone manner
