Most larger employers and many SMEs have developed internal functions that often operate independently of each other, when in reality they should be connected and communicating at all strategic levels to improve efficiency, with joined up thinking to support employees. Occupational Health has a pivotal role to play in drawing together often disparate functions.

MOH has pioneered the development of the integrated healthcare pathway, providing a developed structure to better manage 'people ' issues, and in particular those who may be suffering ill-health.  By drawing together these functions, the integrated approach can track and speed each individual employee's journey through the various services, assisting with the collation of MI and to the ultimate benefit of the employees experience.
