Counselling, Incident Support & Welfare
MOH provides telephonic Counselling and support to some of the U.K.'s leading companies. The service is available to enrolled client employees' 24/7/365, supporting employees with issues such as relationship /family problems, bereavement, stress, financial worries, legal concerns, alcohol or drug abuse, long-term sickness and consumer advice, in other words a myriad of commonly experienced difficulties.
What is expressly not provided is any employment law advice or any onward referral/recommendation to legal or quasi-legal entities practising in employment law.
The Counselling service also offers face-to-face incident support and Counselling following traumatic events in order to help Line Managers, employees and families of those involved cope in the aftermath of trauma. The Counselling service is not provided in order to supplant conventional medical (NHS) services, but offers short-term support, advice and practical pathways to assist the individual forward into primary care if necessary.
